The start date of your warranty is the opening date of your pool and the completion of our work. You will get a physical copy of your warranty certificate along with all of the documentation on your various hardware warranties. While our commercial grade pools are built to the same level of precision that our residential pools are, they are exposed to higher levels of wear than pools we build.

We stand behind the work that we do and every pool we build. Every Precision Pool & Spa comes with a lifetime gunite shell warranty for as long as you own the pool. If a leak due to cracking should develop, Precision will repair the shell structure. Details of this warranty will be included upon project completion. 

We do offer to transfer our warranty of both the pool and the spa gunite shells. If you do apply to change the warranty, you will be charged a processing and re-certification fee, and somebody will come out for a full inspection on your pool integrity ensuring the new owner can enjoy it for years.

All commercial pools come with a 5 year gunite shell warranty, protecting against any defect in our craftsmanship. If a leak due to cracking should develop, Precision will repair the shell structure. Details of this warranty will be included upon project completion.

PENTAIR

There is a 3 year warranty on most variable speed pumps and a 2 year warranty on Pentair heaters. For details on your specific equipment, check the Pentair website for warranty coverage.
